Pipe Relining across Sydney

It depends on the length of the run, the pipe size, how many branches need reopening and how much cleaning comes first. Those numbers come off the camera, so we don't guess at relining over the phone. Once the line is filmed you get the price in writing before work starts, and you decide.

Under concrete, paving, a slab or a big tree it usually is, because saw cutting, excavation and making good are most of a dig quote. Under open lawn with a shallow pipe, digging can come in cheaper, and if that is your situation we will price it that way.

A cured liner is a proper repair, not a stopgap. Our work on it carries a lifetime labour guarantee for as long as you own the place. The guarantee covers our labour, so ask what cover applies to the liner itself when you get the written price.

Most clay, cast iron, PVC and concrete drains can. The pipe has to hold a round shape and we need a way in. A collapsed length or a belly gets dug and replaced, and the rest of the line can often still be lined.

Usually not. We work through the inspection openings, the gully or a fixture. If there is genuinely no access point, we may need one small opening, and it is on the quote before anything starts.

The liner takes a few millimetres off the inside. Because it is smooth and has no joints, a lined pipe usually carries flow better than the rough, root-filled one it went into.

The relining we do is for non-pressure drains and sewers, which is what the WaterMark specification for cured-in-place liners covers. Pool plumbing and water supply pipes run under pressure, so a leak in those is found with leak detection and fixed with new pipe.
