One bad section in an otherwise good line.
Whatever it's doing, it stops today.
One bad joint nine metres out, and the camera says the rest of the line is sound. Lining the whole run would mean paying for pipe that doesn't need it.

Pipe patching in Sydney: a patch seals one bad joint or crack from the inside and leaves the rest of the line alone, so you do not pay to reline pipe that is sound.

One bad section in an otherwise good line.

A step in the pipe that catches paper.

Roots back in the same spot again.

One broken length under the garden.
Not sure which one you need?

Step 1
Tell us what is happening. We ask the right questions and book a time that suits you.
Step 2
A licensed plumber diagnoses it properly, with a drain camera, leak detection or a pressure test where it helps.

Step 3
You agree the price before any work starts. We quote the job, not the hour, so there are no surprise charges.

Step 4
We finish the job, clean up, and back our workmanship with a lifetime labour guarantee.

Step 5
The figure for the whole job, in writing, before anyone starts. That figure is what turns up on the invoice.

A small, quick job is priced differently from a larger one that needs more time, parts or equipment.
How easy it is to reach the work area affects how long the job takes.
Any parts or materials the job needs are part of the price.
Work outside normal hours can be priced differently. Ask when you call.
Ask for our licence details and check them on the public register before any work starts.

Note when the problem started and what you have seen. It helps us find the cause.
The number of patches, the pipe size, how far down the line the defect sits and how much cleaning comes first all feed into it. The price comes off the footage and is written down before we start.
It is made from the same resin and glass fibre as a full liner. What decides how long the line serves you is the pipe either side of the patch, which is why the whole run is filmed before we suggest one. Our labour carries a lifetime guarantee.
One defect in an otherwise sound pipe is a patch, and it costs a lot less. Cracking through several metres, or a joint letting go every few metres, is a reline, because patching them one at a time adds up past the cost of lining the run.
Not with a drain patch. Water pipes are under pressure, and the fix is cutting out the damaged piece and joining in new copper, PEX or poly with proper fittings. That is licensed water plumbing, and the trucks carry the fittings for it.
On a pressure water pipe, a clamp or tape kit might slow a leak for a day. It is not a repair, and apart from minor jobs like changing a tap washer, plumbing work in NSW legally needs a licensed plumber. Turn the water off at the meter and ring us.
Yes, that is what a patch is: a sleeve cured inside the clay pipe over the crack or joint. It seals from the inside, so nothing gets dug up.
Yes, as long as it still holds its shape and can be cleaned back to sound concrete for the resin to grip. A pipe that has crumbled or collapsed needs replacing.
Not while the patch cures in the line. You hear roughly how long before we start, and it is one visit from start to finish.
Call us now, or send the form and we will come back to you.
