Stormwater Pipe Relining in Sydney
A paver near the side path has dropped below the ones around it, and it has been getting slowly worse since last wet winter. That is usually soil washing into a cracked stormwater pipe underneath.

The short answer
Stormwater pipe relining seals a cracked or root-filled pipe with a liner through the pits and downpipes already there, so pavers and gardens stay put.
What happens when you get in touch
Step 1: Call or book online
Tell us what is happening. We ask the right questions and book a time that suits you.
Step 2: We find the cause
A licensed plumber diagnoses it properly, with a drain camera, leak detection or a pressure test where it helps.
Step 3: A fixed price, agreed first
You agree the price before any work starts. We quote the job, not the hour, so there are no surprise charges.
Step 4: Done right, guaranteed
We finish the job, clean up, and back our workmanship with a lifetime labour guarantee.
Step 5: You know the price first
The figure for the whole job, in writing, before anyone starts. That figure is what turns up on the invoice.

Questions and answers
The number of pits and downpipes, the pipe size, the length and how much silt has to come out first set the price. We jet and film the line, then write the figure down before starting.
The liner takes a few millimetres off the inside, and a smooth pipe carries water better than a cracked, root-filled one. If the line was already too small for the roof area, lining won't fix that, and you hear it before you pay for anything.
Not for the lining itself. We work through the pits and downpipe connections that are already there. If there is no way in at either end, one small access point may be needed, and it shows on the quote before anything starts.
It shouldn't be. Sydney Water's policy is that stormwater and roof water stay out of its wastewater system. We check where your line discharges on camera before lining it.
Often, yes, as long as there is a way in at each end and the pipe still holds its shape. The same method works under slabs and driveways without cutting the concrete.
On private land the owner is, including pipes shared with neighbours and private pipes that cross a neighbour's land. The street gutter beyond is run by the local council.
