Dux hot water repairs in Sydney: we repair Dux electric, gas and heat pump units, test before we quote, and swap like for like if the unit is beyond repair.
What happens when you get in touch
Step 1: Call or book online
Tell us what is happening. We ask the right questions and book a time that suits you.
Step 2: We find the cause
A licensed plumber diagnoses it properly, with a drain camera, leak detection or a pressure test where it helps.
Step 3: A fixed price, agreed first
You agree the price before any work starts. We quote the job, not the hour, so there are no surprise charges.
Step 4: Done right, guaranteed
We finish the job, clean up, and back our workmanship with a lifetime labour guarantee.
Step 5: You know the price first
The figure for the whole job, in writing, before anyone starts. That figure is what turns up on the invoice.

Questions and answers
Yes. Dux electric tanks, gas tanks and heat pumps are all units we service, and Dux elements ride on the truck.
Most often it's airflow, a clogged condensate drain, the fan, the controller or a failed backup element. Less often it's the sealed refrigerant circuit. We test the simple things first.

No. Dux is a brand we service and fit, not a company we represent. Warranty repairs usually go through Dux directly.
Yes. Common Dux units are carried, so a like-for-like swap usually happens on the same visit. We can also price a heat pump if your old Dux is an electric tank.
It depends on the unit and the part. We test first and give you the figure in writing, and there's a $0 call-out on any job you book.
