How it works
Step 1: Call or book online
Tell us what is happening. We ask the right questions and book a time that suits you.
Step 2: We find the cause
A licensed plumber diagnoses it properly, with a drain camera, leak detection or a pressure test where it helps.
Step 3: A fixed price, agreed first
You agree the price before any work starts. We quote the job, not the hour, so there are no surprise charges.
Step 4: Done right, guaranteed
We finish the job, clean up, and back our workmanship with a lifetime labour guarantee.
Step 5: You know the price first
The figure for the whole job, in writing, before anyone starts. That figure is what turns up on the invoice.

Questions and answers
If it is only the kitchen sink, the aerator or the mixer cartridge is the usual cause, often blocked with grit after mains work. If the whole house dropped at once, check the meter tap and look for a leak, because a sudden drop with a moving meter usually means water is escaping somewhere.
First find what is restricting it. Opening a half-closed valve, clearing an aerator or replacing a failed pressure limiting valve can restore pressure without any new work. Where the supply itself is low, a bigger service pipe or other options can be discussed once the cause is known.
The restriction is on the hot side: a valve at the hot water unit not fully open, a sticking tempering valve, scale in the unit or a fault in the unit itself. We test each in turn.
At least 15 metres head at the point of connection, usually the mains tap. Most properties receive between 15 and 65 metres head.
Yes. Water leaving through a split pipe is water not reaching your taps. If the pressure dropped suddenly and the meter moves with everything off, treat it as a leak.
Yes. They wear, clog with grit or fail partly closed. A gauge either side of the valve shows whether it is the problem, and a new one is a short job.
