Bathroom Rough-In for Builders in Sydney
Bathroom rough-in plumbing for builders in Sydney: we set out the wet area to your drawings, test it and get it inspected before sheeting.
Tell us what's happening
The short answer
You get the wet area set out to the drawings, tested and inspected before the sheeting date, and any variation is shown and priced before we touch it.
What happens when you get in touch
Step 1: Call or book online
Tell us what is happening. We ask the right questions and book a time that suits you.
Step 2: We find the cause
A licensed plumber diagnoses it properly, with a drain camera, leak detection or a pressure test where it helps.
Step 3: A fixed price, agreed first
You agree the price before any work starts. We quote the job, not the hour, so there are no surprise charges.
Step 4: Done right, guaranteed
We finish the job, clean up, and back our workmanship with a lifetime labour guarantee.
Step 5: You know the price first
The figure for the whole job, in writing, before anyone starts. That figure is what turns up on the invoice.

A copy goes to the person who arranged the work, which can be the builder. We can send it to you and the owner.
